Who Controls Your Data
MYTHARIA is responsible for the personal data it processes for Phonky Drive, the website, online leaderboards, support, and related services. Some services, such as Google Play, Apple App Store, Google AdMob, and payment platforms, may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Local Game Data
Phonky Drive stores progress on your device, including settings, language, sound preferences, selected cars, unlocked cars, cosmetics, upgrades, purchases, ad unlock progress, rental cooldowns, scores, achievements, tutorial state, gameplay stats, and similar save data. Local save data normally stays on your device unless you use platform backup, platform sync, online features, or support tools. You can usually delete local data by clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or using device settings.
Online Leaderboards
If you use highscore features, Phonky Drive may create a random player ID and send your display name, score, distance, zone, selected car, scrap earned, run duration, client version, run ID, timestamps, anti-abuse signals, and similar leaderboard information to MYTHARIA's highscore service. Display names, ranks, and scores may be shown publicly in leaderboards and search results. Do not use your real name or personal information as a display name if you do not want it visible to other players.
Purchases
Android purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. iOS purchases are handled by Apple In-App Purchase and StoreKit. MYTHARIA receives purchase entitlement information needed to unlock digital content or benefits, such as product ID, entitlement status, transaction status, platform, and restore state. Google and Apple handle payment processing, tax or VAT calculation, receipts, refunds, and payment details under their own terms. MYTHARIA does not receive your full payment card details.
Ads, Consent, and Tracking
Phonky Drive may use Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform to show ads, manage consent, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and limit abuse. Purchase entitlement records, consent records, diagnostics, security logs, support records, and operational records are kept only as long as needed for gameplay, support, legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, analytics, and platform service purposes.
Security
MYTHARIA uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect game data, including HTTPS for online services where available, rate limiting, limited payload sizes, access controls, and server-side validation for leaderboards. No app, device, network, or online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
